I know this probably really easy but if i knew the answer i wouldnt be asking here i guess!

Very simple, when a user clicks on a menu button (Blog, in this case) i want it to open an external site in a new window instead of opening another menu.

Were do i need to go to, to edit this menu button?

yes i understand the method behind making the link work, what i cant do is change the settings. Were abouts do i need to go to, to change the applicable settings?

It is not a setting, it is the fields that appear when you choose "use as[Link]" for a folder.
