Contact Form Send button and I.E 7 and Vista

In I.E 7 the Contact Form Send button does not hold focus when the mouse pointer when resting over it. the mouse pointer changes from hand to pointer rapidly. this only seems to happen on Vista machines.
I have tested on XP service pack3 with I.E 7 and other browsers and all seems fine. Not sure if this is something you can reproduce.
