Hi,
I set up the email option to send a link/image to someone.
It works that it sends the email and lets the user know it was sent from the site, but when I get the email, at the bottom of the email it says:

[This e-mail template may be changed]

www.photo.gallery

where can I change this template?

Edit these files:
imagevue/templates/contact.html
imagevue/templates/sendlink.html

great! thanks for the info.. I was able to change the text within it, but i noticed that i was not able to add any images or change the style or font color in the email.

Is this because there is limitations? can I customize the email to be a bit more personal??

You should be able to change it as you like. There isn't any other file that imposes any style to the e-mail. You should be able to use CSS and basic html tags ...

Not sure how you are trying to "add" images ...
