I think this is because you have set name="index" to your startpage. This is causing the SWFAddress javascript module to refresh your page at index page.

Try to rename the folder! (You can still keep the title)

but it's not good for me
i changed folder\page\swf file's name ,all name it's not index
but it's still not change

Did you try replacing your code: Just replace it with some simple text "ABC" and check if your gallery works fine. If it does, then you know it's related to the file "test.swf" somehow ...

I can also confirm it seems to be related to the SWFAddress javascript module. You could try to disable it by going to admin -> themes -> edit your theme -> settings.useswfaddress ... set to false/off.
