Consolidate config files

Though this may be stretching the 'wishful thinking,'

What about consolidating some of the config files into 1 or 2 master files?
Though I realize this may simply not be possible, it would be of great use and perhaps even help with documentation in the future.

It also might encourage better learning of the features...

Just a thought...

Maybe it's also possible to make a page in the admin module where you can make some settings: fonts, colors, backgrounds, buttons, language, etc.

Any good ideas on the subject? Would be nice when one wishes something like this they would elaborate bit more how they see it fit.
We're thinking about some changes too, but nice to hear what other people think.

Morning!

I would say when it comes to consolidating the config files, that it
remain not unlike what you're using now, only 1 master file rather
than several files. That is, currently you have:

config.ini
lang.ini
show.ini
sitemenu.ini
slideshowconfig.ini
..and so forth

I would suggest putting all these in one file such as simply
masterconfig.ini so that there are no other places to look
for options, just there.

However, if it's possible to make ALL these options available
via the ADMIN utility, this sounds even better. Although if
it's only possible some of the options transferable, I'd keep
them in one master config rather than splitting them up between
the admin utility and various configs.

Hope this helps! I just woke up here so far all I know I could be
giving you a thesis paper on the mating habits of cartoons! :-)

Atleast language config should be held separate, and there are some other things that should be kept in mind too. But we do think on that.
