I do not mind beating a dead horse on this. Notice today a new release of ImageVue and no improvements with the horizontal menu feature. If I was to guess sometime in 2010 we will see something.

Just thought I'd check on any updates for the horizontal menu here.
No stress, just curious.

Sorry, this is not currently possible - You could only achieve this by creating your own html and put a menu at the bottom.

Sorry for the late reply!

I have set the menu in the bottom of the page with a custom html. I've integrated imagevuex in a main frame and the bottom menu in the bottom frame, but in Internet Explorer when i click on menu, page dont changes..

How fix the problems?

Hi Karl !
How are you ?

I would like to know if there are any updates soon for horizontal menu ?
i need few options (if there are possible to do) that mans spoken about before in this subject ... (tell me about and if there is a fixed date for that features):

1/ align horizontal menu to Top Center (like (T align for filemod)

2/ Resize automatically the horizontal menu to fit horizontal screen width :
i do that in my custom themes config but it seem to do nothing ! :
# In your theme config try setting the following value to get automatic size(width) of the menu item element:
mainmenu.menuitem.minimum_width._value = 0;

3/ open and collapse submenu automatically with mouse rollover

4/ And the most important for me is to have more than 2 sub-levels folder works well when open and collapse ....

you can see on the link after what i done (but not yet what i would like without the features i need above):
and in this country, (in "canada (489 Photos" Button) i have the problem with more than 2 sub-level menu (i will temporary move the photos in the up folder hierachy but it's not what i want for my folder organisation ... see here:
http://www.vision-du-monde.com/voyages/ ... rd/CANADA/

other thing: (having a textalign under filemod) in the example inside the link, i would like to have the text "Photographies © dur christophe - http://www.vision-du-monde.com LAST UPDATE 01/11/2009" under the filemod ... but in this case i will have two descriptions ... one above and one under ... may be it's not possible ... do you have an idea ? Maybe putting "full screen" & Infos lines in the title and "Photographies © dur christophe - http://www.vision-du-monde.com LAST UPDATE 01/11/2009 "in a new textalign "under" for the filemod ...

Thanks in advance

Cheers

Sorry for the late reply -

As you may know, we are working on a huge release, and I have decided to finally try to make a really solid horizontal menu option. I can confirm that your requests #1, #2, #3 and #4 should be included.

We are also thinking about allowing BOTH vertical and horizontal menu. For example, you could use the vertical menu for galleries, while the top menu could be some links, or a footer, or basic about/contact/info links ...
