In the release of Imagevue beta 20080804, we added
textpage support. With textpages, you can create text pages in the gallery. This could for example be contact information, about, or any other general information.
Read all about it here:

thanks for all the hard work and effort that you are putting into this product. As a novice, I was wondering if you can release the html code behind the samples you've provided as testpages. This will assist me greatly in defining a textpage for my site.
Thanks in advance.

I have uploaded the samples here in the form of a folder "textpages" which represents the same samples as from our soda demo.
www.photo.gallery/down/textpages.zip
Simply unpack the zip file, and upload the "textpages" folder within your main content folder. You can then see the samples in your gallery, and also edit/view the html code from your admin.
Keep in mind, the links in the "links" page will not work in your gallery.
Update 22. October 2008;
I have now updated these example to work with latest release, and added examples with images and links.
Thanks

Brilliant! Thanks for the response and making the files available. These have made my life so much easier. I have managed to utilize one of the files you uploaded to start building my site. This is still in progress. Any advice to improve it will be helpful.

You mean display it as a link in the main menu? or create a link in a textpage that goes to a specific location?
No or yes

Then you need to go to admin -> themes -> edit your theme -> settings.startpath="your/path/here/".
In my example above, I would be setting:
startpath = content/m_about/

Hi
All what you said to me, I do.
A question: When I give in "description" the path of my photo,
I am part example in "content / presentation, and my photo in the" presentation "I can 't find it!
For this I have to walk back to the root.

Don't know what I'm doing wrong here, but all these examples are coming up with the title only and "undefined" in the description...

I have them all set to "use as textpage" as well. I'm probably just missing a step.
