I'm a hack programmer so I'm sure I'll figure out the fun stuff over time.

PS... in full screen mode, it seems the cursor keys don't move the slides along. (I'll post it in bugs too)

What causes the initialization to be so slow sometimes? We host thru Godaddy.

It's slow first time when it caches data, after that should be pretty quick.

Unbelievably slow ... What version are you using?

Thats either old version or hoster issues, could you please PM your ftp login to check it out?
