Suggestion - Thumbnailscroller settings

it will be very nice to have a possibility to change scrollbar collor in thumbnailscroller in tamplate settings...

Its currently linked to something for it's color
And normally shouldn't form any problem ... but might be nice to have the function

the scrollbar inherits the color of the background thumbnailscroller ...
