Problem with Thumbshadows

I can't get thumbshadows to show. I've set the shadow as a color that contrasts the background (BG = 0xFFFFFF, Shadow - 0x000000)

Here are my settings. Are there any other perameters that will effect the thumbshadows? Thanks in Advance!

Sets the space between thumbnails

thumbnail
Sets the % scale of the thumbnail when mouse rollover
active_scale: 110

thumbshadow
Drops a soft shadow or glow behind the thumbnail
enabled:
Sets a color to the shadow or glow
color: 0x000000
Sets the strength of the shadow or glow
strength: 3
Sets the amount of blur for the shadow or glow
blur: 3
Set the quality of the shadow or blur effect
quality: 5

Thanks for reminding me on this issue:

Shadow for thumbnails currently uses the "globalshadow" setting under style.globalshadow. Only the "enabled" button works for the thumbshadow setting. I will have this cleared out for next release!

The reason I changed this underway was because we found out it bloats the configuration out of proportion having to set all shadow settings for all items.
