hi,

i just installed version 2 and tried to change some things like the theme, adding a user, change the password for the admin, and so on - but all changes where not saved.

where will the parameters saved or where should they be saved?

my version: imagevue v2 beta 20080721

does anybody know a soluton for this problem?

i finaly found the config-files now at /imagevue/themes/* so i changed all permissions to 777.

this is now my status....

solved:
it's now possible to change and edtit all the themes via the theme settings.

not solved:
i still cannot add, delete or change a user. where will the usersettings be saved? (which configfile??)

please give me a hint, thanx in advance!

When you want to manage users, you have to set permissions 777 to file:

{yourgallery}/imagevue/admin/protected/users.php

Set permissions with your FTP-client, use chmod, mostly in properties, or use the filemanager on your webserver/hosting.

Setting permissions is only needed when your site is acting on a Linux/Unix Server. On a Windows Server are permissions not needed.
