Exactly the same problem I had @ andy20022.
Because in the new Update from 18.Juli it is resolved.
But please note the directorypermissons else is not.
Here again the folders rights Karl posted:
4. Set folder permissions/chmod
Before you can enjoy gallery management from the admin, you will need to set permissions for your folders so that the admin page can freely create and delete files/folders, and manage themes/configurations and users. For brief instructions on how to set permissions, please see the set permissions instructions for the previous version. You will need to give full permissions(chmod 777 on linux) to the following files and folders:

{yourgallery}/imagevue/admin/protected/users.php - Allows the admin to manage logins.
{yourgallery}/imagevue/config/* - Allows the admin to change the main config settings and create/manage languages.
{yourgallery}/imagevue/themes/* - Allows the admin to create and change themes
{yourgallery}/content/* - Allows the admin to manage all files and folder within the main content folder

* You must also set permissions on ALL file- and folderitems within the specified folders.
The à¤,à¶,༠don't looks in the adminmenue right, because in the galerieview looks that right...., because when you correct a error again, save the programm the words wrong its very bad...:-(
Use you the ISO: ISO-8859-2
You can find your galerieIso: go into the Admincontrol -> config-> settings -> codepage

or see you here:

I think all errors related to saving and creating language files is fixed in today's release(21. July), but it is still just as important to set correct permissions before creating language files from admin.
