Admin Issues

Facing problems with the admin section.
1- Can't add files.It shows that files were added successfully, but nothing appears.
2- Try to move files to another folder, but always transfer to root directory.
3- Re-creating thumbnails does work only for 30 images (don't know why).
Maybe I have missed something.
