Imagevuex X2.1.4 FileCount, PHP5.3, FLV and other

This is small release with file count auto-update and some small fixes:

GENERAL: File count is auto-updated now when uploading images by ftp
GENERAL: Speedup when working with FLV

Imagevue X2.1.5 released!

A bunch of minor feature requests, and some fixes. Most notable, perhaps image-panning feature and IE8 internal links fix. For those who were expecting some major features like passwords, guestbook, e-commerce - Sorry, this is just a minor release, and we already have something bigger in the loop in relation to the new admin (read)
