Browser Header Errors

Windows XP
Site titled "Gallery"
1 content folder titled "Photoblog"
(FireFox 3.0)
Browser header reflects a folders name instead of it's title
ex: Gallery - picture1
(Explorer 7.0.5730.13)
Browser header shows the actual URL path to the content folder, & then the folder name again
ex: Gallery#/content/pictures1/ - pictures1
Regardless of the browser, the header should read:
Gallery - Photoblog
