Hello,

On Firefox 3, the V2 beta is not compatible with the plug-in adblock version 0.5.3.043. When this plug-in is active all the V2 beta demos doesn't work (black screen in FF).

How about enabling those sites in adblock? Loose a grip somewhat...

Add a rule:
Code
@@yoursitehere
@@ will disable adblock for matching site

it doesn't work
if a site doesn't work, many people won't look for, they'll quit

V1.17 works well with adblock without customizing (@@yoursitehere)

PS : V2 beta works well with adblock plus

Which rule is killing it? Are you subscribed to any of the adblock lists?

Now it works, but not entirely with this combination:

Mac os x + Firefox + Adblock (as far as I know this is the only combo giving this fault). Adblock overlays a "Adblock" button to the flash, but show this below the flash itself, thus making the size of the flash (which is 100 % already) about 25 pixels larger, and thus the page will get "105 %", and then firefox adds a scrollbar.. Very annoying!

BUT! It isn ´t happening to every site, and can anybody figure out why? (and give me a recipe of how to configure my site?

Example where it IS happening:
https://www.photo.gallery/soda/
http://www.westausgang.de/#/content/start/

Example where this is NOT happening:
http://philipp-paul.de/#/content/start/
http://www.sb-photography.co.uk/#/content/start/

These sollutions work for a single user (but not for other users):
- Turn Ad-block off
- Click the adbock logo drop down menu. Then click options and uncheck show tabs on flash and java

Thank you!

Øystein

ok, I didnt install adblock to check this issue, but I can see the difference between the sites you mention.

The ones that WORK are using a slightly older release where the layout is created with <div> tags. In newer released, we are using a table layout instead to also contain the optional admin bar on top.

You could fix this by editing the layout template imagevue/templates/index.gallery.phtml. Perhaps Nick has some further comments on this?

I am an adBlock user since day one, and just "Disable on [this site]" in dropdown menu is a quick way to fix all problems:
