COULD I PLEASE HAVE MY PRODUCT NOW ?!

Ok, im sorry about this post, but my patience with this site and your product is about to end before it even has begun.. :x

I asked you earlier, how fast i would get my download when i purchased the product. Instant.. Well, thats an understatement..

First of, VISA payment wont work for me AT ALL, and i have bought quite a few things on the net in the past.

Ok then, i use FXSource and make a banktransfer.. Im aware that a banktransfer wont be instant, so thats fine..

After a day or two i get an e-mail telling me that:

Thank you, your payment was received and your order will be fulfilled expediantly.

See, this is TWO days ago... So, we are actually going on almost the 5th day since i purchased IMAGEVUE.

So, dont give me the speech about having a hard time making version 2 nor anything else.. I am selfemployed myself and i know how to have a business and one thing is for sure, YOU JUST DONT NEGLECT THE CUSTOMERS.

My Order Number 3837561339 - Please fix my download details ASAP, otherwise i have to tell my bank to blacklist the transfer.

I am sorry for this -

Normally, all orders are always created instantaneously when purchasing through paypal or 2checkout(credit card). Unfortunately, this is not the case with bank transfers of course, and they have to be handled manually.

I do not know why your credit card was not accepted at 2checkout.com, but there is bound to be a reason, and they would gladly provide you with this information if you email them at support[at]2checkout.com.

We do have our own bank transfer payment payment page - https://www.photo.gallery/purchase/order/bank - so I am not sure why you used the one at paypal. I know there are many problems with FXSource since it is not integrated with the paypal payment system.

In any case, I have now forwarded your account information in a separate email. My sincere apologies for the delay - I think it was more a coinsidence of circumstances than anything else.

Thanks for looking into this, i have sent you the details from the 2 mails ive received. To clear things up, i didnt use Paypal, but the second option in the purchase, FXSource banktransfer (i even contacted the danish bank, to make sure its the right accountnumber i had)..
