Hi there!

I am thinking about purchasing ImagevueX, but before i do so, i have one question..

How long after you have purchased it, does it take before you can download the package ? Is it delivered instant as soon as my payment have been processed..?

Reason i am asking is, that i have seen some issues across the board from users, who have had trouble getting their product..

3 days and no response ? Its not the best way to sell a product, you know ?

I think you'd get a better response from the developers by emailing them directly...they're hunkered down working on 2.0 and not on the boards as much.

But to answer your question, yes it's instant/automated. When you purcharse you are emailed a URL and purchase key for the download.

I bought it a couple years ago and have no regrets. Excellent value! Anxiously awaiting the new version...it should be even better -;)

Sorry for the late reply - Took some time off the forums to get some core progress with some other development we are working on. Yes, you get download access to imagevue immediately after purchase.

As for your second question, if updates to version 2 will be free? I admit we have not really come to terms with prices for any new forthcoming release yet. We are not even sure what the end product will be like yet other than that it will be very different from version 1, and that we expect that many users may wanna stick to the classic version 1. I can guarantee you there will atleast be a 50% price discount for any existing user/customer.

Btw, you should check your forum.. When you hit reply or quote, you are sent back to the forum mainpage, then when you enter a 2nd time, you can reply or quote..
