Alternative INTRO slideshow

As always, sorry if someone already suggested, after a brief search I didn't find this suggestion.
Currently when loading the 'show' folder for the INTRO slide show a basic, clean slide show is presented with your given photos. I'd like to recommend perhaps a couple of options to this.
Option 1: Rather than a single image horizontal image at a time, 2 or 3 vertical images (total resolution size larger than current) that could fade in and out. Each individual image would have it's own fade, not 3 images fading in unison.
Option 2: In other parts of imagevuex there are a variety of transitions available, I'd like to see these same transitions usable here as well.
