Upload errors

21 Jul 2008, 09:31

Hi Guys, I'm sure you're quite busy sorting thru all the bugs by now, just a reminder, there still seems a problem in uploading files types to the specified folders. Anxiuosly awaiting your answer.

I checked/ set all permissions (chmod 777) thru FTP client for all folders, subfolders as well as files. Even I checked and confirmed by entering the account directory; But still unable to upload. The files I am dealing with are .jpg

Check the uploading feature!!

22 Jul 2008, 07:48

Ok Guys,
The uploading session works fine, but for some reason the file doesn't appear in the folder. I've tried adding the image manually thru an FTP client and the folderdata.xml file is updated to reflect the change. The Flash Frontend although doesn't generate the image thumbnail, it appears in the large image, but no tn. Oops, sorry, just tried it in Firefox 3, seems to work better, although the file still doesn't appear in the folder as a tn, nor a large image. Could it be e session cookie problem?!?!
I'm using IE 7 and Firefox3 on Vista, I was thinking maybe I could reset the browser settings back to default. Changed some parms in the Control Panel/config, everything works in Firefox3. Just tried again with IE7 with all parms reset to default, negative results.

IE7 Not working

22 Jul 2008, 08:50

Just checked Fiefox3 again, everything works perfectly, can't seem to find the right tweak for IE7, seems to be a security feature blocking the upload feature from loading the images.
