There were problems of display of a submenu in the chrome browser Version 27.0.1453.110 m (not only chrome)
I use font-family: Candara, Arial, "Times New Roman", Times, sans-serif; but since the part of the Cyrillic menu is visible, and that part that is in a submenu, no, it is possible to draw a conclusion that it isn't fonts. As you can see, the text is displayed in Cyrillics, but it as though cuts in half...
Display resolution 1280x1024
Cleaning cache helps for some time.

It works here in Chrome version 28.0.1500.71 on Mac:
I have heard of this issue earlier though, and its somehow related to a bug in Chrome rendering. What flash versions are you using? Try this? https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95290?hl=en
Also, try another theme (with different fonts) and see if it makes any difference. You may need to try a unicode font. Here is a long post about this topic from earlier. There are some tips, but as mentioned in this thread, its not related to Imagevue as in a bug or anything:
