I have the field in mobile blank, but it still shows up. You can view it at m.catalystexhibit.com in a tablet. Look inside our gallery and you will see the logo image on the footer.
This is what I mean:
https://www.photo.gallery/documentation/authorization/
You must know if you authorized the gallery or not ... and by the sound of it, you did not. If you have a license, you can easily proceed to authorize it.

First of all, I am not sure what you are referring to with "it", but yes if you want it to for example work with iPhone/iPad and most other mobile devices, then you must use
MP4. This is not because of Imagevue, but simply because these devices simply do not support FLV or other formats.
Max file size? There is no max file size for viewing the videos, and this is certainly no limit set by Imagevue. I am not quite sure what you mean "it doesnt like anything larger than 10mb" ... Are you referring to viewing or to uploading? Your server may not support uploading >10mb files through the http interface, so you may need to do this by FTP. As for viewing a >10mb file, this would only be limited by the internet bandwidth and the rate of the video ... not by Imagevue.
If you really want the best performance for videos, then why not consider uploading to Vimeo or Youtube? You may wish to host your own videos, but the benefits are: # Multiple size videos for different bandwidths and/or devices, # Superior bandwidth, save your own servers bandwidth, #Compatibility with all devices.
