I would like to know why the windows appears in the middle of the screen in the guestbook?

When i open the guestbook on the site, in front of the comments i have the window of the title.

In "parameters" section of the guestbook page add following code:

textpage.background.opacity=0&textpage.width=0&textpage.sharebutton=false
