Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
On mouseover of an image, I would like to add a button next to my "view in html", "contact us", "sharing" that says "buy now" with an external link to my shopping cart. You can view my gallery at http://flooringhardwood.com/gallery/index.html#/start/

You can add the generic "purchase" button.
First go to admin -> settings -> attributes.image, add the purchase item. Then go to settings -> image.imagebuttons.buttons, and add the "purchase" item. Now, you can navigate to your images from your admin, and you will see a new field "purchase", where you can add external links to the button.
