is their any documentation regards migrating imageview 1.0 to imageview X2?
Want to upgrade some of out clients to the new version but some have many photos!

Upgrading from V1 to X2 is in fact quite simple.
Because Imagevue X2 is an entirely separate gallery system, you aren't able to keep any customizations, but you can keep all your pictures and folders. Here is the procedure:
1. Simply delete all files and folders in your gallery, except the "content" folder where all your pictures and picture-folders are.
2. From the latest Imagevue X2, simply upload all files and folders except the "content" folder, so you will keep the existing folder with pictures and picture-folders.
That is it. But a few things:
# You will need to change settings, and modify theme. You will not retain any settings from V1.
# Unfortunately, you will loose and titles or descriptions, and may have to re-apply these from the new admin.
