If you mean it loads the reference pic on "check out" (am I understanding that correctly?), then no.
Each time a page is visited on your site and images is displayed, Fotomoto's script imports each one as a reference image to be stored on their server.
Fotomoto can be instructed to "ignore" certain file paths (not sure if that will work in flash), but otherwise, anytime an image is viewed on the site (by anyone) it is grabbed by the Fotomoto server.
You preset preferences for prices and available items which will apply to all your images.
If you wish to set unique prices or products for one or more photos, you must log onto Fotomoto, look for the photos via the referenced images stored on their site, choose each image one at a time, and use their pricing tools to make the changes for that one image.
Full sized images can be loaded to the Fotomoto servers in advance (by selecting "Upload Original" next to the reference thumb on their site), or you may wait until an order is placed in which you will receive an email prompting you to upload the original(s) for the order.
The only real downside is no bulk upload exists for originals (that I have found). This may be to conserve server space on their end (I don't know????). But that certainly could be an issue for someone selling pics for an event.
Someone orders a set of 150 images from an event? You must upload each original one at a time. (if someone finds a way around this please let us know). Currently, I'm not doing anything like this, so it won't effect me, but I thought it worth mentioning.
Otherwise it looks pretty good. I'm going to order an image or two using the new fine art papers and see how they look.
