What would be the easiest way to put a counter on my website?

Your website host "should" have some basic urchin tracking that can track visitors to your website ... or perhaps you were thinking of having a counter that is visible to the visitors?

You could also use Google Analytics, which is what most modern sites use these days ... You would still need to login to a Google page to view the statistics however.

Adding a counter script would be quite easy, and I guess there are thousands of simple integrations if you do a simple search "PHP counter". It would be simple to integrate with Imagevue also, by editing the file imagevue/templates/index.gallery.phtml

These days it is not very popular to display a counter directly in the website for everyone to see ...
