I have read everything page now, and can't find the right option, so I hope you can help me now.
In Manage where you have all your albums, start, kontakt, text ect..
I wan't "Text" and "Contact" ect... to be at the bottom of the menu, but I can't figure how?
It looks kinda unprofessional when About Me is in the middle of the gallery index lol.

You are asking about menu sorting ... For next major release, you will be able to sort menu items from the admin by drag-and-drop. For now, you have to follow this procedure:
Log in to FTP, and rename your folders like this:
01_firstfolder
02_secondfolder
etc.
By renaming your folders, they will be sorted by the NAME. They will however still keep the original TITLE so the "01_" etc will not display in the gallery itself.
