Can I use a "link" folder to link to an outside HTML document?
Specifically, I want to open an HTML document in a new window when I click on the "link" folder.
This way I can use my Quicktime and embed into the new, HTML document.
Anyone know how to do this using the admin "manage" section?

Do you mean having a menu item act as a link? Yes, you can do this ...
1. In admin -> manage, click "create new folder" to create a new folder (or menu item).
2. Once the item is created, click "use as[link]" in the right panel. This will make your menu item into a link.
3. In the LINK properties, you have title, description and link fields. For the link field, add the link to your HTML that contains the quicktime movie. To get the link to open in a NEW window, add "*_blank" at the end of the link. For example:
