Hi!

Could you tell me what may be the reason of an issue I am experiencing?

The problem appears when I upload new photos. Although Imagevue shows they have been successfully uploaded they are not present on the server.

Hard to say without checking first. Could you please provide a link to your server atleast? Also logins to Imagevue Control Panel and ftp to your server will come in handy too.

Thanks for your response.

In meantime I have found the reason - mod_security2 enabled. When I turned it off upload started to work fine.

I did not check which policy rule caused this yet.

Hey p.h and Nick,

I'm seeing similiar issue as you highlighted above. But mine is happening on the subfolder level. When I upload photos into this new subfolder, it will give me a "upload 500 error". Is this behaviour similiar the "mod security2" issue?

Can you help advise where can I disable the "mod_security2". Thanks.

I think this part from our Imagevue Troubleshooting FAQ could help, although it's for mod_security 1:

3. Disable mod_security:
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
