how can I set more space between one images and the other in the thumbnail in the center of the page?

Go to Admin, Themes, select the theme you want to edit, thumbnails, thumnails, frame, and change the number under space.

and you know how to change the space between one foldername and the other in the mainmenu?

Try to edit your THEME -> controls.maincontrols
