About security

I just want to know;
setting of some files 777 will cause a security problem, or not?

Not really, the permissions themselves aren't harming the security. It's more related to the overall server security and holes in scripts.

It's normal to have 777 for folders and 666 for files, thus not making files executable.

Dunno what else to say here. If your server is configured in a certain way you can have 770/660, but that depends.

Actually image files should be readable only so they can be 444.
