i don't know it is possible or not, but maybe you can integrate a Geo-Imaging or Geotagging function (see Picasa2, Locr, Flickr ect.)
Whats your meaning to this idea ?

The question is what is the specification, what should X2 do vs link to other apps or tools out there? Your idea is a very good one though.
However, may I suggest for the future, if you could make it easier for us to know your topic at the top level by giving a better title? "Any Chance" is not descriptive. I almost ignored this topic and it would have been a shame. It is a worthy topic.

I don't think we will support a separate "tagging" interface immediately, but I wanted to look into displaying a google-maps link for images that include the EXIF GEO location tag. In other words, you can choose to display a link to google maps for images that have had the location of the shot embedded from a GPS-enabled camera into EXIF data.
