won't load in firefox

27 Apr 2009, 17:06

my friend just me told he can't open my site in Firefox. Java script is enabled, flash player installed. all he saw is a "blue screen", which I suppose is the loading stage of a flash object. (I use the abyss theme). He tried with another PC at home, no luck. When I configure the gallery, I tried in 3 different browsers including Firefox, it's all OK. So what could be the problem here? Thanks.

Did he send you a screenshot or something? Maybe he sees Windows Blue Screen Of Death?

nope, it's not the "blue death". The page starts loading (with the dotted circle in the middle), after a few second, it says done on bottom left of the browser. but nothing shows up except a blue background. I tried the demo page from imagevuex, it's the same. Both of his pc have the same problem, do you think it might have something to do with the network?

I just can't understand where blue background comes from? Can you make a screenshot?

Strange looks like swf is broken for you, must be something related to the place you're trying from.

Try again, we just put new version there.

That's obviously something we're not in control of :/ I have no idea what might causing it because i never seen anything like it.

Exact same problem for me.
Only load the "background_color", and gets stuck there.
Works fine when trying from IE or Google Chrome.....
