At http://www.oldwestburygardens.org/Slide Gallery/imagevue/ I cannot access the admin login. I checked with my provider with regard to permissions and was told the following:

As I see you have windows based plan. Permissions like 777 is not supported by windows machines as it is unix permissions format. However I would like to inform you that as X2Gallery is php based application and on our servers php scripts have write permissions by default to all folders so you will not have any issues with it. Should you have any further questions or problems, please feel free to contact us any time, we are available 24/7.

I further have to type the entire path http://www.oldwestburygardens.org/Slide ... agevue.php to get to the slide show -- the test file is mine, and it is not creating the thumbnails.

What am I doing wrong?

I think I solved my own problem. Even thought the windows based server is php compatible, it does not recognize the extension. By typing the full path http://www.oldwestburygardens.org/Slide ... /index.php I am able to access the admin panel. I removed the space between Slide and Gallery earlier thinking that that was part of the problem. So the link in the post above will not work.

You may want to append your documentation for windows servers. You do have a great product.
