You have Suhosin PHP extension installed on server which prevents uploads.
I did however tried to disable it by adding php_flasg suhosin.simulation On to .htaccess in your gallery root, but it didnt work.
You need to contact your hoster support and ask them to either disable suhosin for your site completely or just allow to disable it for your directory using .htaccess.
But usual HTML upload works fine on your server, the only thing you have to refresh page manually after upload, but we'll fix that in next release.
Also you can use ftp to upload images.
