I've uploaded v2.01, chmodded all files and folders, just to be sure. I can change everything, add new users, save config. But not the theme configs.
Is there something I forgot to do? Because the beta always worked flawlessly

It indeed was the safe_mode. Requested the server admin to turn off safe_mode and now it works.
