Is it possible to configure slideshow to automatically stop when user goes to thumbnails page and do not automatically continue slideshow after opening image? I think it is logically.

Well, the slideshow always stops when you go to thumbnails page... Or more correctly, it disappears altogether.

It only goes to AUTOPLAY mode if you have set AUTOPLAY = TRUE in the config! If you don't want it to start automatically, you need to disable that setting!

Did You mean this setting: Config -> Image -> Slideshow - autostart ?
Autostart is not set to true.

You can check the same situation on your demo page.

1) Start slideshow
2) Go to thumbnails page
3) Click on any image

And slideshow starts automatically.

ok, i understand what you mean... We did this purposely to "inherit" settings the visitor applies while they are browsing.

If you want an option to always reset slideshow playing option when user enters image mode, it will have to be a feature for next release!

Some users without experience start slideshow by mistake, because Next button is similar to Slideshow and then after they are returning to thumbnails page and opening new image from here - they can't understand why slideshow is starting...
