Hi
I was testing the send email from the contact page, and I had tested sending with various email address, with no luck.
I finally tried to send with my domain admin email, and it was successful.

Not sure how I can change this, has anyone run into this problem?

I think you are getting help by email for this, no?

For those with similar problem: This may occur if the "emailer" on your server is restricted to only send to domains running on the server. Some servers do this as a security precaution to avoid being abused.
