1) possibility to rename file names (not just dirs)
2) possibility to sort by title
3) possibility to give x,y coordintates of the menu (not just x)

Thanks for your suggestions ... As for #3, if you go to theme config, there is already a "vertical_margin" setting for the main menu. Keep in mind the menu itself attaches to the top though.
