i got this on error page:

ICONV support
It seemes that PHP on your server compiled without ICONV support. So, there can be some troubles with different encodings in file names or ID3 tags. We strongly recommends you to contact administrator of your server to solve this problem.

gallery ive been usin for a few days, and is working fine. should i be worried about this error or can i ignore it ?

ICONV is related to character formatting in PHP. If you don't see any incorrect characters in your gallery, you have nothing to worry about. I think this module is mostly required for non-latin languages, but Pain would be the expert to answer that.

i recently uploaded a picture with a coma in the title

ie. image's

this shows up on the gallery ok but in admin the thumbnail dont show and i am unable to delete this picture ?

any ideas?

Don't use comma and delete using ftp.
