Is it possible to change this setting? I thought it might be horizontal_margin, although that didn't work.

Any ideas?

I have added a new setting for that in the forthcoming release-

imagevuev2 wrote:Added new setting mainmenu.x_offset to position main menu horizontally from top left corner. Default was and is 10.
