I change some setting in the config section of the admin and when I click on save, it takes me back to the cnfig page but the changes weren't saved. I CHMODED config,xml to 777 but it keeps happening.

What can it be going on?

I chmoded config.xml inside the includes folder. I chmoded the config folder an reverted the xml permission and now works fine.
