First off I want to say congrats on the great script! I love it!
I am currently having a problem displaying swfs however. I have tried using filemode and just uploading.
The loader seems to show it it loading the swf but the swf does not show up after load. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, there are many things that can go wrong when loading SWF files.
#1 - If your SWF is code-based, it needs to be compatible with imagevue exported as flash8 AS2.0. If you have AS1.0, AS3.0 or features only available to other player releases, it might not work.
#2 - Your code could somehow be interfering with the imagevue code, and or vice versa.
#3 - It could be unrelated to code of course, but then most often associated with alignment or scale of the SWF.
Perhaps you have a link to your SWF file and your gallery?
