???

Not quite sure what you mean - You can use any background image you like.

If you mean loading from an external domain, that will be problematic though. There are some flash player security issues about loading files cross domain.

yes i want to load background image from an external domain. I can configure an crossdomain.xml but image is just an .jpg format. How to and can I do that ? Thx

This would require some recoding to allow loading an external image. Why can't you simply copy the external-domain background image to your themes folder?
