Not sure how it could be above the menu. That would require the menu to de-attach itself from the top right.

You can add a logo in your background.

We already have it pending in our todo list to add a secondary "background" image to be loaded above the primary background, which could include a logo for example.

You would position it the same way as background image, with alignment options. Perhaps we need some OFFSET option also ...

I am not sure Flash supports transparent GIF or PNG files. Best option would be to use SWF, or make sure the logo in JPG format simply blends into the background(that should be possible)...

Flash supports transparent PNGs.

And YES we definetly need a second Layer for a Logo, hope it will come soon.

Simple alignment with offset will satisfy most needs.
