Hi, when I login to the control panel, the setting panel is blank, please check attachment, my website is: http://www.3drendering.biz/ could you please let me know how to fix it? thank you so much.

Try to click on the below link , this will open a new page and put your ID and new password.

I can't see any attachment in your post. Furthermore, when I try to check your website, I get 500 internal server error:
Before trying to fix the control panel, perhaps your X3 website should be working first? I can't even access the diagnostics ...

I managed to login to your panel.
However, you have some missing JSON files, or perhaps more likely, your server is misconfigured. Check the below JSON files, used by the X3 control panel, all return 404 page not found:

http://www.3drendering.biz/panel/setting-templates.json
http://www.3drendering.biz/panel/settings-schema.json
Check if the JSON files above exist on server. If they do, but still don't load, you need to contact your host. These JSON files are required for the X3 control panel. Apart from fail to load the JSON files, it seems everything should be working.
