It's good to get insight, but these automated reports by ROBOTS trying to decide upon the functionality of a website are not useful. Check your website from a mobile device. Does it feel like text is too small and elements are too close together? Likely no, so ignore it.

Do you have other non-X3 stuff on your website? Since it is reporting "viewport not set", which is definitely set in X3:

It's good to get reports, but unless there is any tangible issues reported that you can validate yourself as a human, you should ignore these automated reports made by robots based on rulesets that do not apply to all websites.
