I want to use the Alert box below of the galleries instead of above of the galleries.

Is it possible? If yes, how I can move it?

Sorry, this is not really possible, unless you move the entire "context" module below the gallery. The "context" includes the title and description also ... I don't think you want that. In a future X3 release, you will be able to add "TEXT" below the gallery. Until then, sorry no.
You could add it globally to the FOOTER, but I don't think you want that either.
