Where do I paste code (Conversion Page) from Google Adwords ?

Is it supposed to be on ALL pages or just one specific page?
If just one page, you should be able to simply PASTE the code into end of the page's content (page settings > content).

When I paste code to page content I have error -> text Status.error

That means your web host has a FIREWALL preventing POSTING to server with certain content. Almost 100% sure, the specific tags it doesn't like is "<script>" ... You can test yourself by saving some of the data first WITHOUT including the <script> tags. Likely it will work.
You need to bring this to your web hosts attention, as they are blocking POST requests with <script> in them. We can't bypass that from X3.
